2022 - Renovation $750K - $1.5M
2022 - GOLD AWARD

This character renovation overlooking the Waikato River was the category winner in the Renovation $750k - $1.5m category in the Registered Master Builders House of the Year Awards 2022. It was also awarded Gold. Achieving the balance between contemporary needs and retaining heritage features can be tricky, but the reworking of this art deco home artfully and successfully hits all the right notes.
